XAUTOCLAIM key group consumer min-idle-ms start-id

The case starts at 0-0 with zero minimum idle time and claims an entry previously delivered to another consumer.

Requests below run in order against an empty database. Each connection authenticates with the fixture password first. Quoted values are strings; null is a nil reply; arrays preserve RESP order.
