DEFRAG STATUS | DEFRAG PAUSE | DEFRAG RESUME

STATUS is bulk text, not an array; the case checks that PAUSE changes paused from 0 to 1, then issues RESUME.

Requests below run in order against an empty database. Each connection authenticates with the fixture password first. Quoted values are strings; null is a nil reply; arrays preserve RESP order.
